About Klavi
Klavi is a piano learning app published by AppBaron, with Maria Luisa Baron as the publisher contact. These terms describe the app’s services and purchases. Your use of the downloaded app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and the applicable App Store terms.
Learning and use
You may use Klavi for personal piano practice in accordance with the applicable app licence. Do not redistribute the app or its content, circumvent purchase restrictions, or interfere with its operation, except where applicable law permits it.
Lessons, note detection, and feedback are learning aids. Detection can vary with your instrument, background noise, device, and connection. We do not guarantee a particular learning result or perfect recognition of every note.
Free access and Klavi Pro
Klavi includes free learning content and optional paid Pro access. Pro unlocks the full course library, all available song levels, and unlimited trainer rounds. The app shows the features included with each purchase.
Available plans may include weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a non-renewing lifetime purchase. “Lifetime” means access to the purchased Pro features for the lifetime of the app; it does not promise that the app will be supported forever or that every future product will be included.
Prices, trials, and payment
Apple processes payments using your Apple Account. Prices, billing periods, and any eligible introductory offer are displayed in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you agree to pay. Prices and offers may vary by country and eligibility.
If an eligible free trial is offered, it converts to the paid subscription shown during purchase unless cancelled in time. A yearly subscription charges the yearly amount for each billing period; it is not a monthly instalment plan. A lifetime purchase is a single payment and does not renew.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription or free trial period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or open Apple’s subscription management.
Deleting Klavi does not cancel a subscription. Apple determines when access ends after cancellation; check the date shown in your subscription settings. See Apple’s cancellation instructions for details.
Restoring purchases and refunds
To restore eligible purchases, sign in with the Apple Account used to buy them, then choose Settings → Restore purchases in Klavi. For a refund request, use Apple’s Report a Problem service. Apple reviews refund eligibility under its policies and applicable law.
Availability and your data
Klavi requires a compatible device and supported iOS version. Content and features may change as we improve the app. Your practice progress is stored locally. Keep your device backed up if you want to preserve it, and be aware that deleting the app can remove local progress.
The Privacy Policy describes microphone processing, local storage, purchases, and support correspondence.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that apply to you under local law or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. The licence and other applicable Apple terms continue to apply to your App Store purchase.
