Start here. We’re happy to help.

A FEW QUICK ANSWERS

How do I get started?

Open Klavi and start with the Piano Basics course. Choose microphone, MIDI, or the on-screen keyboard as your input. You can change it later in Settings → Piano input.

My piano notes aren’t being recognised.

Check that microphone access is enabled for Klavi in iOS Settings and that microphone input is selected in the app. Move your iPhone closer to the instrument and reduce background noise. For a MIDI keyboard, check the cable or Bluetooth connection and select MIDI input.

Can I practise without a piano?

Yes. Select the on-screen keyboard. You can use it for lessons, songs, and note-reading practice without microphone permission.

How can I slow down a difficult song?

Use the tempo control, practise each hand separately, or loop a few bars. Wait mode holds the score until you play the expected note; Flow mode helps you practise timing.

I paid for Pro, but it is still locked.

Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you used for the purchase. In Klavi, open Settings → Restore purchases. Check that your subscription is still active in Apple’s subscription settings. If it remains locked, email us with the plan name and app version.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Klavi, then choose the cancellation option. Cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal or trial ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Read Apple’s instructions ↗

How do I request a refund?

Apple handles App Store refunds. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the refund request steps. Eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.

Where is my progress stored?

Progress and preferences are saved on your device. Klavi does not have an account or its own cloud sync. Your device backup may include app data depending on your Apple settings. Deleting the app can remove your local progress.

What should I include in a support request?

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Klavi version (shown in Settings), and a short description of what happened. If relevant, mention the lesson, song, or input method. A screenshot can help, but never send your password or payment card details.

Your privacy matters, too.
