About Clean Up Space

Clean Up Space is a storage cleaner for iPhone published by Maria Luisa Baron. These terms describe the app and its purchases. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and the applicable App Store terms.

You decide what is deleted

The app suggests items — duplicates, similar shots, screenshots, blurry photos, large videos — and always shows them before deletion; the best photo of each group is kept by default and favorites are protected. Deletion happens only after your confirmation and Apple’s system confirmation, and items stay in Photos › Recently Deleted for 30 days. Please review suggestions before you delete them: you are responsible for what you choose to delete, and we are not liable for items you deleted after they left Recently Deleted.

Free version and Clean Up Space Pro

The free version scans the whole library and deletes up to 30 items a day, merges up to 3 contact groups a day, and includes one sample video compression and one sample Live Photo conversion. Clean Up Space Pro removes these limits and unlocks unlimited video compression, Live Photo conversion, contact merges and bulk calendar cleanup. The app shows what each plan includes.

Plans may include weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. “Lifetime” means access to the purchased Pro features for the lifetime of the app.

Prices, trials and payment

Apple processes payments with your Apple Account. Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown in the app and in Apple’s purchase sheet before you pay; they may vary by country. A free trial converts to the paid subscription shown at purchase unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or at Apple’s subscription page. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Restoring purchases and refunds

Use Settings › Restore purchases in the app with the Apple Account used to buy. Refunds are requested through Apple’s Report a Problem; Apple decides under its policies.

Availability

The app requires a compatible iPhone or iPad with a supported iOS version. Features may change as we improve the app. The amount of space you can free depends on your library.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that apply to you under local law.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app or the applicable requirements change; the date above identifies this version.
