Zonk Terms of Use

Zonk is published by AppBaron, owned by Maria Luisa Baron. These terms describe the Zonk service. The downloaded app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms.

A wellness tool

Zonk records short sound clips and estimates snoring patterns to help you review your own nights. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent a health condition. Its score is not a clinical or calibrated sound measurement. Do not use it to assess whether breathing is safe or as a substitute for professional care. If snoring concerns you, talk to a healthcare professional.

Recording responsibly

Only record where you have permission. Obtain any consent required from people sharing the room, and do not use Zonk for covert surveillance. You are responsible for what you choose to record or share and for complying with applicable law. Audio classification can be affected by background noise, phone placement and other people or animals; Zonk does not reliably identify the person who made a sound.

Free features and Premium

Zonk includes free recording and selected history and clip access. Optional Premium unlocks additional history, clips, trends and factor comparisons. Feature availability is described in the app. Supported plans may include weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase.

A lifetime purchase is non-renewing access to the purchased Premium features for the lifetime of the app. It is not a guarantee of perpetual operation or a promise to include unrelated future products. App features and compatibility may evolve.

Prices and free trials

Apple shows the price, billing period and any introductory offer before you confirm a purchase. Offers depend on eligibility and region. An eligible free trial converts to the paid subscription shown at purchase unless cancelled in time. The full amount for the selected billing period is charged; an annual plan is charged as one yearly payment, not monthly instalments.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period or free trial ends to avoid the next charge. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or open Apple’s subscription settings. Apple shows when access ends after cancellation. Deleting Zonk does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases and refunds

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase, then select Restore purchases in Zonk Settings or on the plans page. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, according to its policies and applicable law.

Your records and privacy

Audio clips and detailed night records are stored on your device. Deleting a night, clearing app storage or losing the device may remove records. Backup availability depends on your Apple settings. The Privacy Policy explains audio processing, analytics, optional accounts and deletion.

Optional promotional features

Daily Gift is optional and may depend on service availability, regional eligibility and the rules displayed in the feature. No particular prize is guaranteed. It does not replace an Apple subscription or cancel an existing subscription. AppHunt account handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Licence and consumer rights

Use the app in accordance with Apple’s licence. Do not redistribute protected content, bypass purchase restrictions or interfere with services except as applicable law permits. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
